Evanescence was back with the release of their self-titled album and a rejuvenated Amy Lee. The opening band was the Pretty Reckless, with Taylor Momsen from the hit TV show Gossip Girl. Taylor definitely tries to shed the good girl image from the show by dressing as provocatively as possible. She doesn’t really need to since her voice stands out perfectly well. I don’t honestly remember the 2nd opener, Rival Sons, at all after 2.5 yrs.
Evanescence was once again superb and we got a chance to hear quite a bit of their new album. It was great having Amy Lee back again!
