The All Things Go Music Festival is returning to melt our music-loving brains once again this year. This is the 11th year of the genre-bending musical jubilee, and after starting this party outside of DC in 2014, they’ve been expanding our musical frontiers and making each weekend an epic party. The hometown fest is held at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Last year, they expanded to include a show at Forest Hills Stadium in New York City and, this year, they’ve spread the insanity even further with a third fiesta at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Canada.
The past lineups have included many standout stars of the music biz like Billie Eilish, Lorde, Charli XCX, Carly Rae Jepsen, Haim, St. Vincent, Chvrches, Maggie Rogers, Mitski, Lana Del Rey, Reneé Rapp, Janelle Monáe, and boygenius to name a few. Last year’s shows seemed overshadowed by the last-minute cancellation of the main act Chappell Roan who was really blowing up as a mega star right at that moment. It seems she had to take some time off for her own mental health and is now thankfully returning to the concert world with a new vigor.
There are lots of musical acts to look forward to this year, with some amazing acts performing in multiple cities and some specific to one. Headliners include Noah Kahan, the MarÃas, Lucy Dacus, Clairo, Doechii, Kesha, and Djo in DC, Lucy Dacus, Djo, Doechii, Remi Wolf, Clairo, and the MarÃas in New York, and Renee Rapp and Kacey Musgraves in Toronto. There are many, many other great acts to discover, and you may just have to experience them all!
